In consideration of my participation in the above-mentioned event organised and presented by MasterWise, including its speakers/trainers and promoters, I hereby agree to fully release and discharge MasterWise, together with its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, promoters, affiliates, successors, assigns and insurers, from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages or expenses of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event, whether arising from negligence, acts, omissions or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the aforesaid parties against any loss, liability, cost or expense arising from any claim made in connection with my participation in the event or any related activity.

Nothing in this disclaimer shall operate to exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
